Please join us for the first cooking class in our new kitchen! Longtime Alliance Française student, Jeffrey Boone, will demonstrate how and why to use the French cooking technique, sous vide.
Participants will not only learn how to cook sous vide, they will also enjoy a dinner that includes medium-rare filet mignon, a side dish, and a dessert, all cooked sous vide. Wine will be included!
Cost: $40 per person. Class taught in English.
