Exploring World War II in French Literature (B1+) - 6 Weeks - Tuesdays at 4:00pm - Starts May 14

Join us for an enriching 6-week journey through French literature and historical documents centered on the pivotal era of World War II. In this class, you will engage with a curated selection of literary texts and authentic documents, which will not only enhance your understanding of the French language and culture during the 1940s but also foster insightful discussions and critical analysis. This B1+ level class is perfect for intermediate to advanced French language learners who are eager to improve their reading comprehension and discussion skills while gaining a deeper historical insight.

This class meets on Tuesdays from 4:00pm to 5:30pm from May 14 through June 28 with Myriam. This class is in person at the Alliance Française. Tuition is $157.50, which comes out to $17.50 per hour of instruction. The recommended level for this class is B2 and up.

• If you are not sure what your level in French is, we recommend that you take our placement test before enrolling. This will ensure that you are placed in an appropriate class for your level.

• If you are new to the Alliance Française de St. Louis, or your annual membership has lapsed, you will need to purchase a membership to enroll. This class also requires a textbook/workbook.
