Please join us for our October Ciné Club where we will be watching Youssef Salem a du succès (2022) on the big screen!

Youssef Salem, 45 year-old a Maghrebi novelist, has always managed to miss his writing career. But the trouble starts when his new novel meets with success, because Youssef can't help but draw inspiration from his own environment, for better or worse. Now he has to do everything in his power to prevent his book from falling into the hands of his family.

The film will start promptly at 7:00 PM, and we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early. Runtime is 1 hour, 37 minutes, and a discussion of the film will follow the showing. Film in French, subtitled in English.
