Please join us for another cooking class with award-winning food and travel writer, author and media producer, Suzanne Corbett who will be joined by our Former Director and Consule Honoraire de France à Saint Louis, Isabelle Heidbreder.
On Friday, September 18, we will be showing you how to prepare several French dishes that are the perfect treat at the end of summer. We will be making, and of course enjoying: soufflé, salad with vinaigrette, and a fruit clafouti.
This event is free and open to active members of the Alliance Française de St. Louis and your guests.
