Our Photo Contest is back, and it’s time to dust off your old photo albums and enter to win during the 2026 Photo Contest!

This year, we would like to encourage you to submit your photos not just of France but also anywhere that’s part of like Francophonie or that has ties to French language and Francophone culture. This includes La France d'outre-mer (Overseas France), Le Québec, Côte d'Ivoire, La Belgique, La Suisse, La Louisiane, and so on. If you only have photos of France, don’t worry—that works perfectly, too!

Winners of the contest will be featured in our 2027 calendar and receive a free calendar.

To Enter

Email up to two (2) photos to marketing@alliancestl.org with the subject “Photo Contest.” Please include your full name, the date and location of the photo(s), and any additional information. The deadline to enter is July 24.
The Photo Contest requires a small donation ($5 for members, $10 for non-members) to enter. This helps us cover the costs of the calendars that the winners will receive.

Please note: You must own the rights to your photos. Your photos must be high-resolution. Low-quality/blurry photos will not be accepted. No AI-generated or AI-modified photos will be accepted.

Voting

Voting will take place from August 1 through August 31, and we will have all of the photos on display in the Alliance Française. You can come vote in person for your favorite photos during this time.

The twelve photos with the most votes will be featured in the official 2027 Calendar of the Alliance Française de St. Louis. Additionally, the winners of the Photo Contest will each receive a free calendar. Each entrant can only win once, so if two of your photos win, the photo with the most votes will be selected.
